Paul has almost 40 years of global business experience in global consulting and professional services and as an C-suite executive leader and coach. At Pointe, Paul is acting as a Senior Advisor to the leadership team. He is bringing his experiences and insights to help with Pointe's numerous opportunities as a fast-growing, highly-differentiated advisory firm.  

Paul worked in the world of global consulting and professional services for 32 years. He started his journey at Accenture and then settled into his long-term home at Deloitte Consulting. Over his 29 years at Deloitte, Paul defined what it meant to deliver results with excellence. Paul executed, envisioned, sold or led virtually every type of consulting engagement to clients across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies. In the second half of his formal career journey, Paul had the privilege to lead large segments of Deloitte's businesses as an executive leader; these roles included his stints as Managing Partner of Deloitte Canada's Consulting practice and as Deloitte Consulting's first Global COO.

While based in Canada for most of his career, Paul also lived and worked in the US and Asia, and spent further time experiencing all of the global economy's other important markets.

Since retiring from Deloitte in 2019, Paul is committing his energy to his family, his many personal interests, and is devoting time to helping other executives, leaders and teams excel and reach their aspirations, as he did.
