Fredy Irizarry

Fredy Irizarry is a Partner at Pointe and leads our Private Equity practice. He has nearly 15 years of experience in commercial due diligence, corporate strategy, and strategy consulting for both private equity and corporate clients across industrials, automotive, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, utilities, technology, retail, and financial services. Fredy has also held C-Suite-level leadership positions, which informs his recommendations and ensures he delivers ambitious but pragmatic solutions that can be operationalized.
Prior to joining Pointe, Fredy spent over five years at Bain & Company leading PE commercial due diligence and delivering growth strategy projects. More recently, Fredy was the Chief Strategy Officer of Conn’s, a $1.4B regional retailer. Fredy has also held roles at Capital One.
