Candice Richardson is the Chief Financial Officer at Pointe Advisory, where she leads the firm’s financial strategy, operations, and governance with a forward-thinking, results-oriented mindset. Partnering closely with the leadership team, she champions fiscal discipline and sustainable growth, combining deep financial expertise with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style that supports Pointe’s continued expansion.

With over a decade of experience across private equity–backed, healthcare, and professional services sectors, Candice has earned a reputation as a transformative financial executive. She consistently brings clarity to complexity—building scalable infrastructure, optimizing revenue cycles, and navigating high-stakes M&A to position organizations for long-term success.

Prior to Pointe Advisory, Candice served as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at BTST Services, where she was brought in by private equity leadership to establish a modern finance function, recover lost earnings, and develop KPIs that enhanced transparency across service lines.

Earlier, as VP of Accounting & Finance at ASC Ortho Management, she led a financial transformation that grew revenue from $25M to $80M and more than doubled EBITDA within a single year. She also executed the acquisition and integration of three entities in under eight months, establishing centralized strategies across accounting, payroll, and operations. Her foundational experience includes progressive finance leadership at The Retina Group of Washington, where she directed financial strategy, M&A due diligence, and operational integration for a $134M multi-location healthcare group, culminating in a successful sale to a strategic acquirer. Candice is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
