Bridget is a Managing Director within Pointe Advisory’s healthcare practice, serving as a tenured leader for the pharma/biotech portfolio. Since joining in 2007, she has developed and scaled the practice, partnering with business leaders to accelerate growth, sharpen competitive positioning, and guide capital allocation across the product lifecycle. Her 20+ years in healthcare span pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and managed care, with deep experience in both U.S. and OUS markets. Bridget has served as the dedicated Account Executive for one of Pointe’s largest and foundational accounts since 2008, acting as a long-term strategic partner to U.S. and global franchises and overseeing one of the practice’s foundational client relationships.
 
Bridget’s functional expertise covers the full spectrum of market and commercial strategy. She designs and directs market-intelligence programs that inform investment and go-to-market choices, including pipeline tracking; market opportunity assessments; payer and tender market strategy (with scenario planning and access risk assessment); competitive positioning and war-gaming; customer, patient, and HCP journey insights; launch planning and brand strategy; portfolio prioritization; pricing, reimbursement, and contracting considerations; and commercial due diligence. Her work integrates clinical and commercial perspectives to provide clear, evidence-backed recommendations that are sensitive to regulatory environments, regional access dynamics, and evolving competitive landscapes.
 
Across engagements, Bridget has led cross-functional teams to deliver decision-grade insight for assets at all stages—from preclinical through post-launch—covering rare diseases, specialty and primary care, as well as medical device categories. She routinely structures multi-country programs that synthesize stakeholder research (payers, tender bodies, KOLs, providers, and patient groups) with secondary evidence and analytics, providing clients with pragmatic strategies that anticipate market shifts. Her programs have supported asset valuation, indication sequencing, lifecycle management, and resource allocation decisions for global and regional leaders alike.
 
Within Pointe Advisory, Bridget is a builder and connector—formalizing best practices for market intelligence, coaching teams on payer and tender nuances, and establishing repeatable frameworks for scenario assessment, voice-of-customer synthesis, and competitive monitoring. She is known for transforming complex market signals into crisp narratives and action plans, ensuring executive teams have the clarity and confidence to commit capital, mobilize organizations, and win in-market.
