Abhijat Joshi is a Senior Director in Pointe Advisory’s Professional Services practice, where he works with investors and executives to accelerate growth and operational performance.

Before joining Pointe, he spent nine years at Bain & Company, most recently as an Associate Partner in New York and a leader in their Performance Improvement practice. He has led numerous commercial due diligences and value creation programs for private equity investors and portfolio companies, helping leadership teams identify value creation opportunities and drive measurable gains.

His experience spans professional and industrial services, healthcare, and consumer technology. He is known for combining analytical rigor with pragmatic, results-oriented execution. Earlier in his career, Abhijat held operations leadership roles at ITC Limited, one of India’s largest diversified conglomerates.
