Ines is a leader in the General Practice at Pointe Advisory with a decade of experience across a diverse range of sectors and industries, advising Global 500 corporations, private equity clients, and non-profits. Ines brings deep expertise in growth strategy, market analysis, competitive positioning, and M&A, with a particular focus on the education, professional services, and healthcare sectors.

At Pointe, Ines has been instrumental in shaping the firm's strategic direction. She has managed complex engagements across organic and inorganic growth mandates, sustainability and ESG investments, and vendor and commercial due diligence. Ines also leads internal special projects for the firm, developing the firm's Learning & Development strategy, actively participating in Pointe's Foundation and building internal processes to maximize efficiency.

Before joining Pointe Advisory, Ines worked as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, served as an academic program manager at an educational institution, and managed an NGO that provided humanitarian assistance to refugees living in Moria Camp, Europe’s largest and most overcrowded refugee camp. Throughout her career, Ines has lived and worked in seven countries across five continents and is fluent in three languages.

Ines is a recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship and was recognized as one of Spain's top talents under 35. She was also named valedictorian of her MBA and undergraduate degree and is a published author of peer-reviewed journals and industry reports.
